Nonetheless, this comparative synthesis is subject to analytical limitations, as evaluating macroeconomic indicators and cross-national empirical evidence cannot fully capture the unrecorded micro-level informal labor arrangements in Cesar or the customary territorial land governance norms of indigenous communities in La Guajira.
