The empirical findings demonstrate that institutional resource distribution directly conditions student completion trajectories across stratified branch-campus networks. Prior higher education scholarship confirms that institutional classification variables, instructional expenditures, and library allocations serve as statistically significant predictors of undergraduate graduation rates (Ryan, 2004). When transnational and regional branch locations operate with constrained operational funding, these structural deficits exacerbate time-to-degree delays and impede timely progression. Concurrently, qualitative evidence indicates that students enrolled at international branch campuses frequently navigate acute disparities in institutional social capital, relying on localized alumni networks to establish professional legitimacy and offset local status hierarchies (Shams, 2020). Synthesizing these scholarly perspectives reveals that disparities between parent and branch campuses operate simultaneously across structural, financial, and relational dimensions. Nonetheless, a critical research gap persists in postsecondary governance literature: current evaluative frameworks rarely integrate macro-level institutional expenditure tracking with standardized multi-window progression and completion metrics. Most analytical models treat distributed branch locations as homogeneous satellites rather than operationally distinct learning environments with divergent student persistence behaviors. The primary limitation of this study centers on the reliance on aggregate campus-level reporting, which obscures within-cohort course registration bottlenecks and informal transfer adjustments. Furthermore, cross-border variation in regulatory reporting frameworks across host nations constrains the absolute comparability of completion timeframes. Future multilevel research must systematically integrate longitudinal expenditure indicators with harmonized progression windows to enable equitable policy planning across distributed university systems.
