We collect information that you provide directly to us:

  • Account Information: Email address, name, and profile picture obtained through OAuth providers available in your region
  • Project Data: Topics, parameters, and generated content you create using our service
  • Payment Information: Processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details
  • Usage Data: Privacy-safe events about service steps, generation outcomes, and runtime or cost bands, collected only after analytics consent

Analytics events do not include topics, titles or document content, name, email, educational institution, raw project, order, generation or payment identifiers, URL parameters, or tokens.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain our text generation service
  • Process payments
  • Improve and personalize your experience
  • Communicate with you about your account and our services
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. AI Processing

Your project topics and parameters are processed by AI language models (including Google Gemini) to generate content. This data is transmitted to AI providers solely for the purpose of content generation and is subject to their privacy policies.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data:

  • Data is stored securely using Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure
  • All data transmission is encrypted using TLS
  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data
  • Object to certain processing activities

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect data according to their own policies:

  • Firebase and Google Cloud (authentication, infrastructure, storage, and privacy-safe data processing)
  • Payment processors
  • Google Gemini (AI Generation)
  • Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica (analytics, only after consent)
  • Sentry (errors and performance, without session replay)
  • Crisp (support, after opening support or functional consent)

We do not use session recording. Sentry Replay and Yandex Webvisor are disabled. We do not send your name or email to Crisp before you start a support conversation.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Project data (including previews and generated content) is retained until you delete it or your account. You can delete your account at any time through settings.

User-level analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Anonymous daily aggregates without user identifiers are retained for up to 36 months. Account deletion also queues deletion of the associated analytics identifier.

We may retain minimal records required to comply with legal obligations (for example, payment or accounting records).

With your separate confirmation, a free preview may be public and indexed by search engines. The full document is always private; the privacy add-on hides the public preview.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
