Existing evidence suggests that while digital platforms improve efficiency for many, they may inadvertently exacerbate disparities for students from diverse backgrounds, including those from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) and First Nations communities [3]. These inequities stem from regional digital gaps, limited resource allocation, and insufficient governance frameworks that fail to account for the unique needs of the student demographic.
