Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General

1.1. This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the terms for refunds and subscription cancellations for the Service available at aicademy.study.

1.2. By paying for the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. One-Time Purchases

2.1. Refunds are available within 14 calendar days of payment, provided the document generation has not been started.

2.2. Once generation has started or completed, refunds remain available where required by applicable law or under section 2.3 for a verified technical failure.

2.3. In case of a technical failure that prevented generation from completing or produced unusable results, we will provide a free re-generation or a full refund at your choice.

3. Subscriptions

3.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

3.2. Upon cancellation, access to paid features remains until the end of the current billing period.

3.3. Refunds for an unused subscription period are available where required by applicable law.

3.4. Automatic renewal stops after cancellation.

4. Add-ons

4.1. Purchased add-ons (e.g., Privacy) are tied to a specific project. Once generation has started, refunds are governed by applicable law and section 2.3.

5. How to Request a Refund

5.1. To request a refund, email legal@aicademy.study with:

• Your account email
• Order ID or payment reference
• Reason for the refund request

5.2. We will review your request within 5 business days.

5.3. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

6. Exceptions

6.1. Except for mandatory consumer rights and a verified technical failure, refunds will not be issued in cases of:

• Violation of the Terms of Service
• Fraudulent use of the Service
• Repeated refund requests without valid reasons
